I upgraded my contract yesterday and the operator said I can keep using the same sim card. All day today it has been saying ‘sim card not provisioned’. I tried to restart the phone and the app a few times, but not any better. Can you please help me out asap?

It sounds like you’ve since activated the new SIM.
This is done via the app/account when a prompt asks if you’re using the new SIM. If this was quickly accepted, then the new SIM will have activated.
Can you confirm if you have since had the new SIM delivered and using it?
