SIM only upgrade

Hi,

I am thinking of upgrading to a SIM only contract as I don’t need a new phone and want to reduce my outgoings. This is a 12 month contract. If I was need a new phone within that time, can I upgrade to a deal to include a phone? Would there be a penalty to pay? or would I have to buy a phone out right?

Hi @Amethyst,

With 12-month SIM-only plans, you can upgrade to a handset plan after 6 months as long as your account has a good payment history. :slight_smile:
