Hi 

I currently have an id mobile account with a 5s iPhone and I am wanting to move my sim and account to a new phone an iPhone 6s plus and wondered if this is possible please

Hi @cath donohoe,

Are you referring to upgrading to that phone (where we send you the phone), or do you already have an iPhone 6s that you would like to use with your current SIM card? If it’s the latter, you should be fine to just pop the SIM card into the phone if the phone is unlocked and it should start to work. If you want to view your upgrade options, you can do this through your account online or through our app.

Hi 

Thank you for your reply. I already have the iPhone 6 and when I tried this a message sim card locked /not compatible came up?

Hello @cath donohoe,

 

You’ll need to make sure that the iPhone 6 is unlocked to any UK network.

Please speak to the network the iPhone 6 was last used with to get this unlocked.
