I have received my new phone today following an upgrade on Tuesday evening. During the live web chat the woman assured me that my number would remain the same. However, today I have received the new phone and an email with details of my new plan and it contains a brand new number? Anyone any ideas why this would be? I’ve tried to speak to ID mobile using the Chatbot on the website but it is absolutely dire! Perhaps I’ve just to transfer my SIM from the old phone to the new one?
