Trying to change my price plan

Hey all I've been trying to change my price plan but when I try and change it... It says I have to have a direct debt setup which I don't I normally pay my bill manually every month any ideas...

Sorry we didn’t catch this one sooner.

Are you looking at the Plan Change option in the iD Mobile App?

You may be able to add a Direct Debit, then do any change you’d like, then cancel the Direct Debit.

A Direct Debit payment wouldn’t usually come out until 14 days after setting a Direct Debit up, so you should face no charge for temporarily putting one on.
