trying to upgrade but it says transaction failed

I’ve tried twice already to upgrade my phone. I’ve put in the correct payment details and I have the funds but when I click continue it tells me the transaction has failed yet still charging me a transaction fee.

Hi @Sofialobb,

Does the billing address that we have on file for you match the one that your bank has for you too? Sometimes a mismatch can cause the authorisation to fail.
