Two phones Android and iPhone works Android got upgrade and doesnt work

Hi this is the first time I am asking the community for help.

I have the two phones both with ID SIMS 1 works the one I upgraded does not. 

I have the message that the one I upgraded to cannot find my network so I only have Emergency numbers this is the phone I use most. 

There is nothing wrong with my security system and my i phone they connect to my server OK, the new SIM is for emergency numbers only??????????

PS dont know where my old sim is.

Hi @Bevp,

Did you receive a new SIM card with your new phone? If so, we would recommend logging into your account online and activating the new SIM card that came with the upgrade if you cannot find the old SIM card. Please let us know how it goes.
