Dear ID Mobile and Community,

I recently called customer service with regards to changing my plan. The sales representative did all the usual stuff and informed me that my plan should be updated. However, my ID app still shows the old plan and it has been more than 24 hours. My question is, how long does it take to update or activate to the new plan?

Hi anhb

Your new plan will be activated by now, it can take a little bit more time to show it on your ID Mobile app. I am pretty sure it should change with your next monthly bill.
