I've been with ID for a year, sim only, £10 a month.
I got offered an upgrade on the app but every upgrade I click is limited to £20.00.
This limits the phones I'm offered or the data amount.
Any idea how I can get my limit increased?
I can get a contract on the website easily enough with the right phone and data for £24.99 a month. I am even transact it (I stopped right at the end), but I'd like to continue my account really!
