Upgrade looks like a new plan?

I went via Carphone warehouse to upgrade and request a replacement sim as lost original, but it looks like a new plan has been set up alongside the original and no replacement sim, can anyone help please as I can’t get an answer via email?

Hello @Redrose,

Sorry to hear that.

 

You’ll need to return the new contract purchased by contacting Carphone Warehouse for a return.

Then log into your iD app/account and you can upgrade your existing contract to a new contract whilst keeping the number.
