Upgrade with new personal details

I would like to move from a SIM only contract to a monthly plan that includes a phone. The SIM contract I currently have was all set up using my wife’s email and bank account but I now want to change these to mine by setting up a new account. However, I want to keep my number with the new phone. What process do I need to follow?

Hi @mjb2011,

Will you be needing to change the name on the account too? If so then we can’t do that I’m afraid so you would need to buy a new contract in your name, port out that old number to another network and then bring it back to us on the new plan.

For other details mentioned, you can log into the account online or through our app to make those changes.
