Upgraded but no data showing

We have upgraded, received a new sim, which has been installed and activated. The new data allowance is shown on the account and bill amount has changed, However, the data is not available on the new phone, but is showing as being used on the bill….

What do we have to do to see the data.

The number has transferred across and all information has moved across, but not the data.

Hello @Henry M,

Try restarting the device and checking to ensure that the Mobile Data option is turned on in the settings to access mobile data.

The usage may have been from your previous plan as you receive a partial allowance (pro-rata) when you upgrade, not the full allowance. This is based upon how far into the month you upgrade.
