Upgraded my SIM only contract, will i be sent a new SIM card?

I upgraded my SIM only contract to have more data. Will I be sent a new SIM? I assumed it would automatically update without me needing to get a new SIM. If not, I will need to put in a new address or cancel it as I am staying with family in a bubble for lockdown, in the countryside where we don't get post.

Hi @kelly-ann_rose,

Sometimes a new SIM card is sent out but you would be fine to keep using your existing SIM card after upgrading your plan; can you see the plan change from within your account online/on our app?

When you log in though, be sure to not select the option to activate a new SIM card if it indeed asks you to do so or else it will activate a new SIM card if one was issued.
