why can't i speak to a human?

My add ons are not being added to my account. Use live chat and kept being told repeatedly that my add on does not refresh, odd that it has for the past year and a half , and to read the terms and conditions. Just want what I have paid for and to be able to speak to a human not a robot.

Need my data add on added ASAP I am paying for this and not getting it! 

Just realised my partner is also missing his data add on, sort this out ID 😡😡😡

We are sorry to hear about the issue. Most add-ons do expire after 30-days, we no longer sell recurring ones.

But I bought a year long 4gig a month add on, regardless if you have stopped selling them i bought one and it should be honoured
