WiFi Calling not working (calls or texts)

Hi, 

 

I have two ID Mobile accounts for my children. One of the main reasons to move to ID Mobile was wifi calling as we live in an area with no mobile reception.

 

One of the accounts works fine - calls and texts work as advertised. The other just straight does not work. Cannot send or receive SMS text messages or calls.

Working phone is an iPhone 6s. 

Non-working one is an iPhone 7.

Otherwise set up the same. Both latest iOS (13.5.1) and the network provider is showing as iD41.0.

Please can you help as it’s very frustrating? Is there any way to get support directly rather than through this forum? I’d expect to be able to call a help centre for this kind of problem.

Welcome to iD Community.

Sorry to hear about the non -working phone.

Did you previously use the iPhone 7 for Wi-Fi calls with another provider? If so, it could be that you still have some lingering settings in the phone from the previous network that are causing a conflict on our side.
Could you look in your settings to see if you can see anything relating to network/ carrier profiles and potentially delete any that are saved within the phone.
