Hi, I am able to upgrade my plan but I have seen better new customer deals through uswitch. As an existing customer I would prefer to keep my account rather than take a new customer deal. Is there something you can do

We’re aware that new connection deals can differ from upgrades. Upgrade tariffs can be based around a variety of factors including previous payment history, as well as the credit check ran at the point of the original sale.
