I switched contracts to a cheaper tariff 2 months ago but still paying the old direct debit amount.

I would like any credit in my account refunded please and the direct debit changed to the correct amount.

Perhaps you bought another iD plan, instead of upgrading your existing iD plan @Graeme Woody?

If you’ve got two active iD Mobile direct debits, you might have two iD accounts.

Did you manage to check if you have 2 iD Mobile accounts?

When you changed plan did you receive any type of confirmation?

Hi Kash,

I only have 1 ID Mobile account.

I don’t have any confirmation. However my bill seems to have changed . The direct debit hasn’t changed.

Hey @Graeme Woody,

I’d wait till the next Direct Debit date for this to update.

As long as the bill has changed then when the payment comes out, it should be for the correct amount.
