I have received an upgrade handset today with no new sim card and I have put my old one in and it is saying it is not connected to a network please help, getting very frustrated
Does your SIM work in the old handset still?
No just says emergency calls only but I had a message to say new sim activated bit not received one
Odd, when upgrading you normally continue to use your existing SIM.
The fastest way to get this resolved
Thanks gonna go in currys tomorrow and get it sorted
