My phone contract is ending soon. If I keep my old phone and number, will my phone bill go down?

Hello @Alisonjane123,

If you keep your account the same, you will carry on being charged the current price.

You will need to upgrade to a SIM-only plan in this case (if you’re keeping your old phone).

 

To do this, log into your app/account

Click My Account

Click Upgrade

Select SIM Only (This will only show in the last 20-days)

Then select the plan to upgrade to.
