Hi, I’m trying to change my plan but my address with my bank is in Ireland. I tried updating my address in my profile to match but the only option is UK. Is there any way to either update the address to be RoI or change the plan otherwise? I do need a UK phone number as I’m back and forth quite a bit, but don’t have an address in the UK.

I’ve already tried live chat and they said they’d updated it but the plan change didn’t go through.

Contracts purchased with iD Mobile do need a UK billing address registered to them as well as a UK Bank account for the Direct Debit which is needed when upgrading or changing your plan.

You can apply for an account with an online bank e.g. Tide, Revolut which have a UK bank account and sort code.

We can also try to look at changing the plans if the option is shown in the account if you’d like?
