Hi 

 

Recently I have upgrade of my SIM only contract with 10gb data +20 GB data add-on which I have a chat transcript confirmation.

 

But the 20GB data add-on has not been applied on my both numbers.

 

There is no number to contact customer service.

 

How do I resolve this matter with ID mobile?

You mention upgrading one SIM only contract, not both.
