Until last week, I was able to browse the full range of upgrade options online or in app.
Or, all I see is a VERY limited range. Eg the only iPhone option is the SE.
when I called up, the full range IS available.
why can’t I see these online anymore?
I want to browse the full range and choose , not go through it on the phone.
Maybe iD have suddenly changed their upgrade eligibility rules,
Unfortunately, forum members like myself and yourself aren’t party to the procedures iD Mobile use to determine who gets what upgrade offer/s, and when.
Well I though that but when I call them they say all options are available .
looks like there is a work around - you can do the upgrade through car phone warehouse website.
what’s annoying is that ID can’t tell me why it suddenly changed
Hopefully Carphone Warehouse online will have the upgrade you’re after,
