Morning all,

 

Upgrade time has come and i am content with the phone i already have, when i go to choose upgrades it only shows me phone upgrades, i cant find anything about upgrading to a sim only upgrade.

Perhaps try a plan change instead, or maybe call the iD sales team to discuss your upgrade options, @JeffB.

I’m having the same problem: seems they want you to call to do sim only upgrade. But then end up in a queue or do live chat and have 189 minutes till you can talk to some one 


Live Chat team are available 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 6pm Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays.
