I cancelled my order as it was out of stock and could not be delivered on time. You still processed my order after the cancellation and delivery was accepted by a friend not knowing what it was. I realised by recieving email. I am not available to return the order now as I am out of country.
Chat service has not been of any help and after spending 5 hrs with them I am still frustrated with no solutions. I have also raised complaint but no response till now. I am worried as I have already been charged.
