I have returned a faulty upgraded phone which was organised on line, following the instructions from the Chat team, it was a Samsung A51 which kept kept randomly updating the screen when not being touched.
The phone was sent registered post and has been signed for. I enclosed a letter outlining the issues and asking for information about how replacement will be sent.
I have had no communication from ID, I have contacted the Chat team again who have raised a complaint but I still haven't heard anything.
I am very frustrated that I am paying for a phone that I haven't got and have no idea when I will get it.
