Returned phone and cancelled contract but I am still receiving bills?

Hi,

 

I have returned my phone to carphone warehouse (within the 15 day returns period), and requested for my contract to be cancelled. I am still receiving paper bills from iD mobile for a phone and SIM card I don’t even have! 

 

I can’t find how to access the live chat, and need this stopping urgently. Please advise.

Hi there @kmooney 

How long ago was it that you returned the phone you purchased to Carphone Warehouse?

If it’s only been a couple of days since then it might not be a cause for concern and any such post you’ve received might be dated or automated from before the contract was marked as returned/ cancelled.

It has been a few weeks since I returned the phone to Carphone Warehouse, and the bill date is a few weeks after me returning the phone..
