Hello,

I have an unlimited plan with unlimited minutes, data, and texts. I wish to call Australia, and I am aware I will have to pay extra to do that as it is not covered. I have seen the page with the charges/rates However I want to know how I do it, as when I try and call the number I am instantly told “I have reached my capped limit.”.

How do I fix this?

Change the bill cap for your My iD Account, online or via the app, to a value big enough to cover international calls to Australia.

It costs 19p/min to call a mobile, and 4p/min to call a landline.

Good luck @SamHunt07.

Hi @SamHunt07

As @andewhite mentions this sounds like the bill cap applied to your account is restricting you from calling Australia, as an international call like this would be an out of allowance charge raising the bill cap will allow you to make this call as a chargable extra.

Any charges for calls to another country can be found here.
