Hi i just added more minute on my account becouse i needed for call in Italy but i can t. Why? Thank you

Hello @Vincenzo Gargiulo,

Are you in Italy at the moment or in the UK?

Roaming in Italy is inclusive and most plans have unlimited minutes so should be able to call.

Or are you in the UK and trying to call Italy? This is not included and would be chargeable.
