Hi @Leakaycra 

 

Yes, you’ll be able to use your iD Mobile plan to roam while in Bulgaria as it’s one of the 50 inclusive roaming countries included in your plan.

As Bulgaria borders a few countries that aren’t included it could be worth setting the bill cap to a comfortable amount so that if you accidently connect to a network in one of those countries you won’t be charged too much.

Can I confirm I will not be charged if I stay within my allowances?

Hello @Leakaycra,

As above, yes, as long as you are connecting to a Bulgarian network.

As Tom advised, it may be best to set the spend cap to £0.00 to avoid any accidental charges being incurred.
