I’m trying to contact ID mobile in the UK whilst I’m in Brazil. I’ve lost my SIM card (using a replacement card atm)   I can’t see anyway to contact them - the app isn’t any use at all: I can’t log on to the UK website because it is blocked - and none of the contact numbers work. On line chat is also disabled 

 

any suggestions?
