Saying I have 0 minutes 0 text and Data left whilst roaming. Eventhough I’ve not used any at all. Please can someone help, thank you

Okay @Adam Lee Turner, this needs someone at iD looking at your iD account - only trouble being live chat support closes at 8pm weekdays.

The chat agents will be back at 9am tomorrow.

You could send a message to the iD social media team by using facebook (using Messenger), or Twitter (by DM). This team should respond tomorrow morning.

Hello @Adam Lee Turner  is this when logging into the iD app/account?

It may just be a glitch in the app/account showing the usage as 0.

Have you tried logging into the website assuming you logged into the app and vice versa?
