Data roaming does not work

I am in Spain and data roaming is not working. I have set everything I have found in the community to set the setting, APN etc...switch on, off ten times…

My APN is “id” and everything how I have seen in the posts...

Nothing worked.

This has given me a lot of headaches to be able to contact with people and other logistic issues. Thank ID for making my starting holidays so s.... 

Thanks to God I am able to make phone calls.

What else can be done?

Finally, It started working doing nothing.

I realised the system to sort out issues with ID is far from a good system. You feel that you do not have a way to make ID aware you are not having the service you expect to have.

We do have tonnes of articles that provide support via our Community and whilst we’re not instant, we do aim to get back to everyone within 72-working hours.
