I am unable to make international calls. I have a message which says you have reached your capped limit. How can I pay for an international call as I know I have unlimited calls in UK but not internationally.

Sounds like your account’s billing cap is set to £0.
Try increasing the billing cap for your iD My Account
Calls to the US are charged at 6p per minute (to mobiles and landlines), and not included in your plan’s allowance.
