Hey, I am moving to Ireland permanently from the UK. Is it possible to have my sim from my UK number and add in an Irish number with my contract? My friend was taking about dual sim option?

If you could let me know,

Many Thanks,

Hannah Firth.

Hello @Hannah Firth,

Our services are not designed for long term/permanent usage abroad.

iD Mobile won’t support/have an option to add an Irish number onto your contract.

In this case, I’d recommend cancelling your contract due to this and the number will be lost.

You can roam in Ireland though subject to our Roaming policy: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/eu-roaming/fair-usage-policy
