Just joined ID on colleague offer a d received a message saying I've used my 30gb data allowance?? I haven't been anywhere to use it?? Can you help?

This was a known issue that has now been resolved, don’t worry, you’ve not used the 30GB allowance and this SMS was sent by mistake.
