Please advise cost of texting and calling from France to UK and cost to me if others call or text me whilst in France.

Calls from France to the UK are included in your UK plan allowances, @Charliebuddah. 

The cost for others, of calling your mobile while you’re roaming in France, would be determined by their own service provider.
