Roaming issue

I’m abroad right now and my data roaming isn’t working. I also can’t send messages or make calls but can receive them. This hasn’t happened to me before and I don’t know how to fix it as I need this and there is no way to contact someone at ID!!!

Hi @sashamercer, the quickest way to get this resolved would be to speak to the Facebook, Twitter or Live Chat teams as they’ll be able to offer assistance much more quickly than we can on the Community.

However, we can try to troubleshoot here if you prefer. Which country are you roaming in?

Have you enabled Roaming in your phone’s settings and in the iD Mobile app?
