Safe search is blocking my browsing but only when using my phone data. It’s fine when I use WiFi. I can’t change the settings in Google as it says someone else is an administrator. It’s only happened since my switch to iD

Have you switched off the Adult Content Filter in the iD Mobile app?
Plan → Manage iD Services → Toggle Adult Content Filter to OFF.
