Okay, I should’ve said you need to type in “talk to a person”.If you’re not happy, ask to make a complaint when you’re chatting to an advisor. Anyway, good luck.

PAC Code: "Something went wrong!" error

Hello @sixpointfour,You should also be able to submit your PAC using the iD Live Chat service.After you get connected, type “talk to a person” for an iD advisor. There’re advisors working 9am - 8pm weekdays.Anyway, good luck.

Okay, thanks @Lisaphoenix.You should be able to see your final bill from your My Account online (and download a PDF copy), once it’s been generated.I’d expect your final bill to be generated according to your normal billing cycle - your first bill would be generated the day after you join iD, so your final bill will be produced on this day of the month in the future.You can continue to use your My Account online for up to six months after you end your contract; so you should definitely be able to look at this bill once it’s been generated.Anyway, good luck.

Okay, thanks @mahfuz_shabbir, if I’d been charged an extra £5, I’d have expected to find out what cost me more by looking through the PDF copy of my bill in detail.If my bill did not explain the extra charge, I’d assume there’d been a billing error and contact iD using their Live Chat service for a refund. I always type “talk to a person” after connecting on chat, which gets an iD advisor not the chat-bot.Anyway, good luck.

Hello @mahfuz_shabbir,You need to download a PDF copy of your bill for £24.95, then look through the itemised charges in that bill.It’s probably easiest doing this using your My Account online, from a laptop or desktop PC - good luck.

5G and 4G

Hello @Keira Preston,Sounds frustrating, but did you check your coverage and your device’s 5G compatibility at the locations you’ll be using it?The iD community article Help with network coverage is a great starting place if you’re having trouble.The other important thing to note, 5G is not universally available in the UK, but you can find out everything you need to know in the iD guide 5G with iD Mobile.  Finally, iD 5G is only available on selected 5G compatible phones and coverage will depend on location.

End of contract

Hello @Sathees Vetri,If you look online in your iD My Account, you should find the end date for your contract in the My Plan area. Sign-in and go to My Account > My Plan.You should see something like “and my contract ends on XX XXX XXXX” - anyway, good luck!

Pixel 6 Pro unexpec delay?

Hello @Rohdich,Probably not enough Pixel 6 phones available to supply everyone that’s ordered these, hence a delay.If you’d like a quick answer try the iD Live Chat service.There are iD agents from 9am to 8pm weekdays, but you’ll need to type “talk to a person” after you get connected on chat, to speak to an iD agent and avoid the 24/7 chat-bot.Anyway, someone from iD should be able to help regarding your delayed order - good luck.

Hello again @Dizzielizzyuk,Have you received your order?Your order would’ve arrived with an invoice inside the packaging; your proof of purchase.If you lost the paperwork, your "Thank You For Your Order Ref XXXXXXXXX" email also has your order details. Just convert this email - about your order - into a PDF and use that.Anyway, good luck.

Yes, ok, so I'm the ex boyfriend who raised the ticket. Is there no way this can be transferred into Carly's name?  Unfortunately, iD don’t have a process for transferring an account to another individual.
