Relacement sim needed please

I am over an hour away from the nearest Currys so thats out.Every time. Try a “live” char its with a bot and that is useless ax it asks questions that are not relevent

Voicemail notifications.

I gave not tried a replacement sim.I did not even know I could.As long as its the same number,that might be the way to go.Just need to find out who to contact.

Contract end date

My contract started on 7th November2017 and finished on 6th December 2017 according to my plan. I thought I was on a 6 month sim only deal.I am quite happy with my contract and do not want to change but the dates make no sense.
