Thanks for the info.I’ve had another look at the ‘Storage Analysis’ page and it show I’ve used 95% of 16.00gb of Internal Storage.Images 155MBVideos 412MBInstallation files 0MBAudio 3.94MBDocs 233KBOther 14.72GB Can anyone advise me what the ‘Other ‘ might be as I’ve had a look and can’t seem to locate it and assume it’s not pre-installed files? I’m beginning to think that the Whatsapp files/ images aren’t the culprits. Thanks again for any assistance and advice you can give me.
Thanks. I’ve looked at the links and they’re quite interesting. I’ve gone through all the Apps and cleared cache which has brought it down to 90% used 14.53 of 16.00 and shows Other as now 13.98 ( reduced from 14.72). Not sure if this is enough to make a difference but still keen to get these numbers down.
Hi.I have been an ID customer for a few years and bought a new phone from Carphone Warehouse/Currys today. They gave me a new sim card , with same mobile phone number, which they put into my new phone (switched from Samsung phone to Google Pixel phone) and I went onto the ID website to activate the new SIM card. They said it should be activated in about 30mins and I'd receive an email, or text message, with confirmation code number. So far I've had not had any message from them and sim card is still not working.
Hi. All I could do was swap them back to old phone as no other phones available. I spoke online to ID Customer Services who couldn't sort out the problem and will send me a new SIM card. I also went back to Carphone Warehouse/Currys who advised me that the new SIM card would sort out the problem. Thanks for your help.
