When am I going to get a decent signal at home like I used to??

About 8 months ago we lost our signal whilst at home.  It was on and off for a number of weeks but eventually settled down. Just under a month ago we lost it again. After around a week I posted on here and was advised to contact live chat.  However, by the time that had been advised we got the signal back again. Last week the signal went yet again.  I gave it some time to see if it cleared but there’s still nothing today.  I therefore contacted live chat. What a waste of time!  Apparently  “The outage is scheduled to be completed by 17:00 pm”.  It’s not. How much longer have I got to put up with this before the fault is fixed once and for all?

Deja vu - no signal again!

I could almost rewrite the email I wrote about 7 months ago - we are once again without a signal here in Bristol (BS5 7) and have been for about a week now. Checking the Three “Network Status” page (I can’t find the equivalent page here) once again gives: We're really sorry. There's an issue with the network in your area at the moment. There is an issue with the service in your area. This fault has been going on for longer than we expected. Please check back in the after 7 days to get an update on this issue It was bad enough problem 7 months ago.  However, as I’m currently shielding, then it’s causing no end of problems. As with last time, I can confirm that other people I know are also having the problem. Is this something I’m going to be getting every 6 months now?  How can I find out when it’s going to be fixed?

Text messages: Your pin is XXX/ getfitcoach.co.uk

Just wondering if anybody else has had any problems like below:It started when I received an odd text from 07378 903141 (a company called Shopsafe) at the end of last month giving me a pin and telling me to ignore the message if I didn’t request it.Shortly afterwards I received a text from 66299 (getfitcoach.co.uk) for which I was charged £4.50.At this point I should make it clear that I would never sign up to any premium texts (or indeed any regular text service) - in fact, I rarely even use my mobile phone and only have it for emegencies.  Also I have no interest in fitness web sites.I phoned id & they gave me another number (and gave me a credit for the £4.50): 0208 089 9319.  Apparently I had signed up for this service in June!  If that was really the case then it’s odd that this was the first time that they had charged me.In the last week I’ve heard of two other people having exactly the same happening to them - again they were people who only use their phone for emergencies a

Still got signal problems in Bristol

We’ve been having signal problems in Bristol for the last couple of weeks on and off (before the major problem yesterday and since).Checking the Three “Network Status” page (I can’t find the equivalent page here) gives:We're really sorry. Please check back in the after 7 days to get an update on this issueThis is now causing major problems as I can’t make any calls from home and nobody can call me - they get a ringing tone though so just think I’m ignoring them.There are two other id Mobile users that I know of in the immediate error who are having the same problem so it’s not anything to do with my phone.Can anybody let me know a) what the problems is, b) why is it taking so long to fix and c) when it will be fixed.

Upgrade/ open data policy query

My current sim only plan does not come under the open data policy so I can use as much as I like whilst abroad. I'm looking at upgrading to the 3Gb/ unlimited minutes & texts plan which does come under the open data policy - limiting me to 2.05Gb. What isn't made clear is if this is per month or if it increases if I've rolled over data ie: if I've rolled over half of my data allowance from the previous month does the open data policy allow me 3.075Gb or just the basic 2.05Gb. Does anybody know?
