swapping numbers between 2 sim

Hi. I have signed up to another network as signal for ID on my phone when imeorkj g is very poor! I have signed up to Three as its a bit better somewhat.. so I’m wondering if I can swap numbers over my number on ID is my number I had before I joined ID..  to Three.. will I get number assigned to this ID network so I can give my ID to my son to use instead of Three network. I use my number with work..

What locked network phones can i use ID sim in?

Looked all over and im not good with words.. my son broke his phone... im looking for a 2nd hand phone to replace it til christmas... but i cant find info. What phone network locked will ID work in? Found a 02 locked pgone but i dont wanna buy in case it wont work..
