Cancel ID contract

Hi,I would like to cancel my ID mobile contract now that I have had it for 24 months. I’ve never used the SIM card and I don’t know what my ID mobile number is. Could you please advise how I can go about cancelling my contract without these details? thanks natasha ahmed

I never used my sim please can ID contact me?

Hi ID Mobile,I have never used my sim since getting my phone back in 2019. I think I’m approaching the end of my contract soon and would like to register my account to explore upgrades etc. Could you please contact me?  Thank you Natasha
