Refund Needed - Payment Took Twice.

Hello,my bill has been taken out twice, I have already paid it through the app as it stated payment due?why does it show up in the app, but still takes it out? am lost in where my actual dates are when the payment goes out.

Pac Code change not working

Hello,i want to keep my old number from my old provider but the page that i enter my details on leaves a message “We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again”. i have entered everything correctly and got my pac code from Vodaphonecan someone please help me as ive tried many times and the above message appears many thanks .
