Why no answer?

I posted a question re obtaining a PAC code but 24hrs later have still not received an answer. Texting 65075 and live chat are both not working. Can someone please let me know what the situation is. RegardsRoy

How can I get a PAC code?

I have tried texting PAC with my dat of birth (230136) to 65075 several times to obtain a PAC code but the text is not sent. Something is not working with 65075.Can you help pleaseRoy
