I’m trying to cancel my eSim because neither of my phones work with one. But, because I haven’t been able to activate it properly, I can’t receive the one-time code to get into my account to cancel it.

It has been impossible to reach anyone. The Live Chat function doesn’t work, and the 24/7 support seems to be non-existent. 

Please can I have assistance cancelling the eSim to make up for the worst customer service I’ve ever come across.
