My Mum wants to change to 30 day rolling sim only contract. Can she keep her own sim, number and anything stored on that sim?
If you change your plan using the iD app or through your iD My Account online, you’ll keep your mobile number and can carry on using your existing SIM.
I think so - does it say one month or 30-day?
Does your Mum pay iD Mobile by Direct Debit?
If I look at my change plan options, it doesn’t say 30-day anywhere, just monthly.
All my change plan options are for rolling one month contracts.
