Can i swap my new upgrade phone for a better model?

I received a new Samsung phone today as I have upgraded after 2 years. It is a lot smaller than I realised. As it's within 14 days, can I return it for a better model? Thanks

You can return the upgrade and once it’s returned, we’ll reverse the upgrade on the system allowing you to re-upgrade if this is something you want to do?
