My contract has expired, so I am due an upgrade.

I don't like any of the plans or phones offered as an upgrade.

If I purchased a different plan outside of upgrades offers, can I keep my existing number?

Hi @Nathan Grant 

 

You wouldn’t be able to transfer a number from an existing iD Mobile contract to a new one, you’d need to upgrade the plan to keep the same number, a new contract would issue a new number.
